Return-to-Work Vestibular Wellbeing
This service is designed for people whose dizziness or balance problems are stopping them from returning to work or sustaining work reliably.
We offer:
Detailed assessment and reporting on how vestibular problems affect work capacity and performance.
Joint goal setting with the client around safe, sustainable work and graded return-to-work plans.
Structured vestibular rehabilitation once treatment is approved, integrated with wider
vocational rehab.
Who can refer:
Employers, insurers, occupational health and vocational rehab specialists, case managers and third-party rehab providers involved in return-to-work planning.
Vestibular Screening Service
(Pre–Expert Witness Decision/ Expert Adviser)
This is a cost-conscious screening option for referrers who are unsure whether a client needs full vestibular rehabilitation or a formal expert witness report.
We provide:
A focused vestibular screening assessment to clarify if specialist input is indicated.
A concise advisory summary to support “go/no-go” decisions on full expert instruction or
rehabilitation.
Proportionately reduced fees for any subsequent full assessment or onward instruction for the same client.
This service is particularly useful in moderate- to high-value cases, where early clarification can prevent unnecessary expert costs while ensuring genuine vestibular needs are not missed.

Personal injury solicitors.
Specialist Vestibular Therapy for Residential Neurorehabilitation Units
We support inpatient and community neurorehabilitation teams when clients with traumatic or acquired brain injury have persistent vestibular symptoms that are not resolving with standard therapy.
We offer:
Specialist vestibular assessment and recommendations integrated into the existing rehab plan.
Collaborative goal setting with the multidisciplinary team and the client.
Ongoing review and advisory input, enabling in-house therapists to deliver day-to-day
treatment with expert guidance.
This model gives the client access to highly specialist vestibular expertise while preserving continuity with their usual therapy team.

Vestibular Expert Witness Services
Our consultant vestibular physiotherapist, Mr Samy Selvanayagam, acts as expert witness in vestibular physiotherapy.
Through Maggie Sargent & Associates, we provide:
Independent expert assessments for trauma and brain injury cases and medical negligence cases involving dizziness and balance problems.
Clear, reasoned medico-legal reports and court-compliant expert opinion for claimant,
defendant, or joint instructions.
Where we act as expert witness, we do not provide rehabilitation to that client, to maintain independence and comply with medico-legal standards.
